COMFORT SYSTEM - MAINTENANCE PLANS:
Quick Start Plan (Bronze) - $105 for one visit
With this plan, Covenant checks your comfort system from the effects of dirt build-up and restores it to peak operating performance. One time only.
- One heating or cooling system, depending on season
- Includes 6-point inspection and cleaning
Continued Maintenance Plan (Silver) - $212 per year
Just as your car needs regular maintenance to protect its parts, so does your comfort system. With this continued bi-annual maintenance plan, Covenant performs specific heating and cooling procedures that protect your system’s refrigerant and mechanical components. These procedures extend the life of your equipment and reduce system operating costs.
Includes:
- 20-point inspection and tune-up service on both heating (fall) and cooling (spring) systems
- 15% discount on parts repairs during program year
- 15% discount on plumbing services during program year
- 1-year parts and labor warranty on all repairs
- Priority service and scheduling
**This plan does not include discounts on installation or cover any replacements, i.e. new water heater, new bath tub, etc.
