I had them come out and fix a leaking shower and a water supply line to a toilet. They were very responsive to my call, got here the next day and took care of everything just right! They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good pricing, great customer service and I'm very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend them!
My hot water was bad and had to be replaced. I called Covenant to have a plumber come out and confirm for sure that was indeed the problem. As the plumber was checking the hot water heater out he noticed it was not very old. The plumber asked how long I had the water heater I told him it was not very old. He checked the manufactures date and told me that I should still have two years warranty left. He suggested I call the store it was purchased from and from his experience they would let me exchange and get a new one. Sure enough that is what happened. Because of his honesty and integrity it saved me from buying a new water heater. He also had the new water heater ready to go in no time.

I called covenant after an awful experience with another local plumbing agency. I was met with amazing customer service and a free estimate for resolving my plumbing emergency. Covenant not only accommodated my emergency, but they were above to resolve the situation at nearly 1/4 of the cost I was initially quoted. They came to my home today & took care of everything regarding my furnace. And, most importantly, found a Carbon monoxide leak that could have shortened my life!
We called Covenant at 3:30 in the afternoon because our heat would not shut off. By 6pm they had serviceman to our home, determined that we needed new furnace, sent out someone to give us quotes on new furnaces.
